Tishka, originally from the village of Scammon Bay, was rescued by Bethel Friends of Canines during the summer of 2016 when she was about a year old. From Bethel, she came into Anchorage through Alaska SPCA. All it took was one look into her soulful eyes and I knew she was the dog for me. Tishka is a husky mix who loves to run and explore. She has been a great hiking and skijoring partner. In addition to flyball, she loves swimming, rolling around in the tundra, and fetching balls. Tishka is quite the cuddler and acts like an old mellow dog in the house.
