Ziggy is a certified supermutt; he is the result of multiple generations of mixed breed dogs, including Alaskan Husky (look at that face!), Lhasa Apso, Maltese, Shih Tzu (all contributing to his pint-sized body), and multiple other breeds. Ziggy was born sometime in early 2022 in the Bethel region of western Alaska, and was adopted by his forever people from Best Friends Animal Rescue at the end of February 2023. Ziggy loves being with his people and is always ready for whatever adventure they come up with. His favorite activities include long walks in the woods, hikes in the mountains, skijoring, kayaking, camping, tugging, and games of chase. He’s also really good at lazing about on the couch. Ziggy’s PB in flyball is 5.355 seconds.
